How your request works
- You choose whether you would like an in-person consultation at one of our clinics or a phone call, and pick a preferred date and part of the day (morning, afternoon, evening or by arrangement).
- You immediately receive an email confirming that we have received your request.
- A member of our team contacts you within one working day to agree the final date and time. Consultations are also available in English.
Good to know
Filling in this form takes about a minute and does not commit you to anything: it does not yet reserve a fixed time slot.
