Why a minimum of 6 months?
GLP-1 treatment works best as a longer-term programme. Within 6 months we titrate the dose carefully, evaluate response monthly, and monitor any side effects continuously. That gives time for sustainable weight loss and behaviour change. After 6 months you can cancel monthly or continue with a maintenance phase.

Supplement package
Vitamin and mineral package on physician prescription, composed based on your blood values. Compensates for any deficits that may arise during weight loss.
Extra blood test
Interim check of blood values outside the regular schedule, e.g. when side effects occur or your physician wants additional follow-up.

What you get on top of an online-only platform
Many overseas online platforms issue GLP-1 prescriptions without a physical intake. We differ on four points:
In-person intake with a BIG-registered physician
No questionnaire-only prescription. A BIG-registered physician sees you in person, performs a physical assessment and reviews your medical history. That is a Dutch quality and liability standard online platforms cannot match.
Full lab panel before any prescription
We do not prescribe GLP-1 without first knowing your renal, hepatic, thyroid and glucose markers. Most online platforms skip this or have you arrange it yourself.
One named physician, not a call centre
You get a name, not a different doctor every month. Your file stays with the same clinician in a Dutch EPR under NEN 7510 / GDPR.
Wkkgz + KPZ complaint rights
We are registered with Klachtenportaal Zorg (KPZ). In any dispute you have access to an independent complaints officer and disputes commission. A right you do not have with a Cyprus-based online platform.

The Basic Plan has a minimum duration of 6 months for proper medical monitoring. After that period you can cancel monthly, with notice until the end of the current billing period. We actively help with a safe tapering schedule. Abruptly stopping GLP-1 can lead to rapid weight regain.
Add-ons can be added or removed each month without cancellation or admin fees.
Invoice and VAT
An invoice is automatically issued each month in your dashboard under "Invoices". It carries our KvK details (Go Leaner B.V., KvK 42045980), the Basic Plan, any add-ons, the period and amount. Download it as PDF for your records or for vitality-budget submission to your employer.
Our care falls under the Dutch VAT exemption for medical services (art. 11 (1)(c) Wet OB). The Basic Plan and medical add-ons are therefore VAT-free; no 21%. The invoice states this explicitly.
Payment by iDEAL, Wero, credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or SEPA bank transfer. Direct debit is simplest for monthly payments; you always receive a 14-day pre-notification of the amount.
