About Mounjaro
Mounjaro contains tirzepatide, a dual-action receptor agonist that activates both GLP-1 and GIP. In clinical trials (SURMOUNT-1), patients achieved an average of 15-22% weight loss over 72 weeks — significantly more than with Ozempic or Wegovy. A weekly subcutaneous injection in gradually increasing doses.
At Go Leaner, a BIG-registered doctor only prescribes Mounjaro when the medical indication is right: obesity (BMI ≥ 30) or overweight (BMI ≥ 27) with type 2 diabetes or another obesity-related comorbidity. During your programme, your weight, blood values and side effects are checked regularly — no repeat prescriptions without a check-up.

Our clinic
Many of our Mounjaro patients come from Amstelveen, Amsterdam-Zuid and Buitenveldert. The clinic is next to Stadshart Amstelveen, close to the A9 (exits S108/S109) and reachable by metro 51 and bus 199, with free parking outside the door. During your intake we check your blood values and the doctor discusses whether Mounjaro or an alternative best suits your situation.
Consultations and intakes take place at our clinic at Escapade 1, 1183 NM Amstelveen; interim follow-ups can be done by video consultation.
